Let's cook italian homemade pasta - pasta fresca with our own hands. There are two types of pasta fresca: with and without an egg. We will not use eggs in this recipe. Let's see what ingredients we need to prepare homemade pasta for two people:
100 grams of flour;
100 grams of semolina (durum wheat flour);
1 tablespoon of olive oil;
100 grams of water.
Mix two types of flour first. Put the flour on the table with a slide, make a depression and pour water into it. Gently mix water with flour, add oil, knead the dough. The dough is ready, roll it into a ball, wrap it in plastic and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Now roll out the chilled dough. Sprinkle a little flour so that the dough does not stick to the table. The layer should be 2 mm thick. Sprinkle flour on the rolled dough, wrap it in a roll with a light motion. Make sure that the dough does not stick together. Cut the roll into rings, then expand them. The pasta is ready. Now you need to shake off the flour and cook it. You need to cook the pasta for 3-4 minutes.
